Apple cider vinegar

Step by step
– Add 1 table spoon of apple cider vinegar to 1 glass of water and mix well
– Drink all of the mixture
– Repeat it once daily until you experience total relief

Chamomile essential oil

Step by step
– Apply chamomile essential oil directly on affected sites
– Gently massage with the oil for about to 20 minutes
– Apply once daily for relief

Epsom salt

Step by step
– Fill the bathtub with warm water.
– Add 2 cups of Epsom salt into the warm water and mix it thoroughly.
– Allow the salt to fully dissolve in the water.
– Take a bath in this solution for about 20 minutes.
– Repeat the process three times in a week as needed.

Iсe Compress


– Enclose a handful of ice cubes or an ice pack in a towel.
– Gently apply the towel to the areas of soreness/aches for 20 minutes.
– Repeat the treatment a few times a day until swelling and soreness are gone.
